Use credits to pay for successfully retrieved profiles and their contact information. Users pay credits per profile at the time channel data is added to the list.

You can purchase credits on the Credits page.

You can use a credit card (Stripe payment processor), PayPal, and crypto to purchase credits.

One credit costs $0.01, so they are equivalent to dollar cents.

The minimum amount of credits you can buy is 100 ($1).

It depends on the social media network. Here are the current rates:

• YouTube – 2.5 credits per channel.
• Instagram – 1 credit per profile with email / scraped profile.

You only pay for profiles with an email address and only if it was successfully retrieved and verified. You can choose to pay per scraped profile, but this option is only available for Instagram profile import and Instagram follower/following data extraction.

You can use the following network-specific attributes to target profiles:

 YouTube:

• Channel keywords. Specify one or more keywords that the channel must contain.
• Excluded channel keywords. Use these keywords to exclude channels.
• Category. Select one or more of standard YouTube categories.
• Country. Choose one or more channel countries.
• Channel age. Specify a day range of how long ago channels must be created.
• Subscriber count. Select a range of how many subscribers channels are required to have. Target even the smallest channels.
• Total video views. Filter channels by the number of views.
• Total videos. Use total video count to filter channels by how active they are.
• Latest video. Specify the time frame of the last upload.

 Instagram:

• Profile bio keywords. Specify one or more keywords that the profile bio must contain.
• Excluded profile bio keywords. Use these keywords to exclude profiles.
• Category. Select one or more of standard Instagram categories.
• Country. Choose one of the possible countries.
• Post count. Select a range of how many posts profiles are required to have.
• Follower count. Filter profiles by the number of followers. Target even the smallest profiles.
• Following count. Select a range of how many other profiles your targets must follow.

When you create and start your search, it begins to look for profiles that match the given criteria.

After the ‘Searching‘ stage is completed, you will be presented with a number of profiles that match your criteria. If no profiles were found, the status will change to ‘Not Found‘. If it happens, you should update the current search or create a new one.

Progress shows the total and the current number of profiles. The total number of profiles means that there are that many profiles that have an email address, and we will try to retrieve their data. The current number indicates the number of profiles that have their contact information successfully retrieved. Social media profiles are added one by one.

You can pause and resume your search at any time, you pay per profile, so it is not a problem if you decide to stop it temporarily or permanently.

To finish the search, you need to pause it first and then press finish. The finished search cannot be edited or resumed.

At the moment, we have over three million YouTube channels and over five million Instagram profiles, and we are adding new ones daily.

We update our data every 30 days.

A profile list is a list of successfully retrieved YouTube channels or Instagram profiles and their contact information. You can inspect the profile list if the current profile count is higher than zero. To view profiles, go to the Searches page and click the ‘View channels’ or ‘View profiles’ action.

All profiles have:

• Profile name.
• Profile URL.
• Email address.

Channels can also have:

• Avatar.
• Channel keywords.
• Category.
• Country.
• Channel creation date.
• Subscriber count.
• Total view count.
• Total video count.
• Last video upload date.
• Country.
• Post count.
• Follower count.
• Following count.
• Website.
• Phone.
• Bio.

You can export a profile list by pressing the ‘Export X’ button at the right top of the profile list window.

You can export your profile list in one of the following formats:

• CSV.
• XLSX.
